Leads, manages and completes the finance strategy for a business line/s/function, provides support as required for business leadership and takes management responsibility for a team of finance professionals.Major Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Finance Business Partner to Senior StakeholdersResponsible for managing a significant cost base, driving efficiency, optimisation and return on investmentWorking closely within internal teams to influence decision making and strategyGuiding and mentoring Finance Managers/AnalystsPrepare monthly performance updates for leadership ensuring key risks, issues and opportunities are highlighted, with a focus on key value drivers.Maintain and develop strong working relationships across the organisation beyond finance and the business, specifically partnering with FPandA, IR and Strategy teams to deliver the next best in class analysis and processesTechnical / Professional Skills and Competencies
Recognised accountancy qualification and previous business partnering experience in a Finance roleExtensive experience in a Finance role, preferably within Technology or a Financial Services firmAbility to influence and lead a multitude of stakeholders across Technology, Product and FinanceAbility to quickly build and foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholdersCommercial mindset and experience of supporting key dealsTenacious and driven by delivering results and motivating changeTechnical accounting and financial reporting skillsStrong organisational skills; ability to manage and prioritise multiple projects with competing demandsOur values
