Maintenance Contract Manager

I am currently recruiting for a contract manager based in the city. You will have a technical background as well as a proven track record in contract management.

Sector: Commercial Maintenance

Duties will include managing 12 direct reports, making sure all compliance, kpi and sla''s are completed, financial control of over 2m, reporting back to senior management and the client, working with the client for improvement and projects.

Hours 8-5 Monday to Friday.

Salary 70K plus company benefits.
