This role is ideal for a mechanically biased engineer with electrical knowledge who is looking for a long-term position within a professional and technically challenging facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the reliable, safe and compliant operation of building services systems across a large and complex site, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while maintaining the highest operational standards. Working Hours Staggered shifts: 07:00 - 16:00 09:30 - 18:00 On-call rota participation required Overtime and On-Call Enhancement Monday to Saturday: 1.5x hourly rate Sundays and Bank Holidays: 2x hourly rate Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) provided for Bank Holiday call-outs Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical building services equipment.
