Senior Estimator - Residential Development (Birmingham)We''re looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a successful housing development business based in the South West Midlands. Reporting to the Director, you''ll play a key role in delivering accurate estimates, development appraisals and detailed cashflows across a range of multi-tenure residential schemes.You''ll bring strong experience from a housebuilder or residential contracting, with a solid understanding of key KPIs such as ROCE, Peak Funds and immediate cash requirements.
