Key Skills:

Lead, motivate, and manage a team of engineers during your shift.

Ensure all machinery and equipment are maintained and repaired promptly to minimize downtime.

Drive proactive maintenance and support root cause analysis of equipment failures.

Maintain high standards of health & safety and compliance across your shift.

Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure engineering supports business goals.

Champion continuous improvement and contribute to project planning and execution.

Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Maintenance Team Leader, Engineering Supervisor).

Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical engineering.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving.

Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent in Engineering).
