Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Production Coordinator based out of our London office.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to support the booking and delivery of our learning products and services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured, process-driven environments and takes pride in delivering high-quality outcomes. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential. You will play a key role in coordinating the production of virtual, hybrid, and in-person training programs, ensuring smooth execution and high-quality results.

How You’ll Make An Impact

Production Coordination

Support the booking and delivery of live, hybrid and virtual training sessionsMaintain production timelines and ensure all stakeholders are alignedManage the setup and readiness of the production environment. These can vary between virtual classrooms, physical training spaces, studio spaces and auditoriums

Operational Support

Liaise with internal teams (Client Services, Content, Project Managers) to ensure seamless deliveryTrack and report on production progress, flagging risks to the Production ManagerMaintain accurate documentation of production and filming notes

Instructor and Stakeholder Support

Provide logistical and technical support to instructors’ pre-event and during a live eventEnsure client-specific requirements are met in production planning

Quality and Process

Contribute to continuous improvement of production workflowsManagement and enhancement of our in-house studio capabilitiesEnsure compliance with internal standards and client expectationsSupport post-delivery by coordinating file transfers and doing quality checks to assist the post-production team where required

You have previous experience in a production or operations support roleYou possess strong organizational and multitasking skillsYou demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesYou have experience using virtual learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, WebEx)You can manage and operate technical equipment for filming, live streaming, and content productionYou are able to work both independently and as part of a teamYou have experience collaborating with global teams across multiple time zones
