The role involves working alongside your people leader and your team to deliver solutions for our diverse client base. As part of an accomplished team, you will support the identification of high-quality candidates in Financial Services, Insurance, Technology and Life Sciences, and other regulated markets. You will collaborate with colleagues across the wider consulting teams to deliver a broad range of solutions and support your People Leader in developing Resource Consultants through training and coaching.Key Responsibilities

Source, build, and develop strong candidate and client relationships.Build and nurture a talent community through networking and conversations.Understand core client requirements and employer value propositions by working with Consultants.Develop market knowledge of our vertical markets and share critical information with the team.Attract, advise, interview, and negotiate with high-level candidates to create win-win partnerships.Utilize Davies'' technology, social media, and CV libraries to advertise, market, and source candidates.Expand your knowledge of the wider consulting business areas.Support clients with challenges across technology, learning, insurance, and financial services.Demonstrate our values and behaviors to provide a best-in-class candidate and client experience.Conduct face-to-face pre-screening interviews to assess suitability and cultural fit.Aim to become a strong, objective, in-depth interviewer.Attend client briefings to understand their requirements alongside your manager.Manage candidates from end to end: research, recruit, source, deliver.Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to candidates on interviewing and skills testing.Build on existing Davies Resourcing candidate relationships and develop your own portfolio.Qualify job specifications and salary information, and record accurate job descriptions.Manage online advertising across various platforms to widen the talent pool.Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Self-motivated, success-driven, with confident communication skills and active listening.Enjoys autonomy and managing a candidate portfolio.Engages effectively with job seekers via phone, virtual meetings, and in person.Process-driven with excellent attention to detail.Basic knowledge of the Financial Services Sector (training offered).Ambitious, resilient, and a strong relationship builder.Naturally curious, critical thinker, problem solver, and willing to learn.
