Role: CaseworkerBased: Camberwell with travel across LondonRate: £15.50 PAYE or £19.40 umb Start Date: ASAPDuration: 6 month temporary contractHours: 17.5 hours per week - flexibleOur client is looking for a Caseworker to support adults facing barriers to employment, including long-term unemployment, low skills, insecure work, and economic exclusion.Synopsis of DutiesWorking with participants to conduct a comprehensive initial assessment of their employment and wider needs. Co-develop and regularly review action plans, supporting individuals to carry out actions through one-to-one and group motivational advice and guidance.Working alongside Senior Caseworkers and a team of Peer Advisors and Volunteers to deliver flexible and supportive services to individuals with complex needs, aimed at improving their employability and helping them transition into sustainable employment.Supporting the promotion of the project, establishing and developing partnerships to create pathways for participants to join the project.Developing excellent relationships with colleagues and local stakeholders and identifying wider local services that can provide support to participants.Utilising recording systems for participants, supporting the Senior Caseworker / Team Manager with data for internal and external reporting purposes.Essential Requirements: Experience of working successfully with people who have multiple and complex needs and supporting them into sustainable employmentAn understanding of ..... full job details .....
