developments.The Role:As a

Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor , you will play a key role in the commercial management of major projects, ensuring financial success while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Full

cost management

of MEP packages, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.Oversee

procurement , contract administration, and commercial reporting.Manage

change control , risk mitigation, and value engineering.Work closely with project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure cost efficiency.Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations.Requirements:Open to candidates from a

MEP Contractor

background.Strong knowledge of

shell and core, fit-out
