As Head of Engineering, youll be responsible for scaling up Hoxton Farms cultivated fat production from our pilot facility to full-scale manufacturing. Youll lead our technical operations across three core areas: Production, Scale-Up RandD, and Hardware Development. This is a critical role that blends strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Reporting to the CEO, youll work closely with the leadership team to shape the companys roadmap, drive major engineering build projects and ensure our production capability keeps pace with our commercial goals. From deciding the scale-up strategy to delivering our next facility, youll have end-to-end responsibility for how we turn science into scalable, sustainable food.Hoxton Farms is growing quickly as we scale up our pilot manufacturing facility in London and build plans for large-scale manufacturing in the UK and overseas.
