Basic Salary: £32,000
OTE : £40,000 +
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am till 6pm
Location: Feltham

Responsibilities of a Senior Service Advisor
·Arranging Service Department bookings.
·Ensure efficient workshop loading, whilst attending to all customer requirements to the expected standards.
·Upselling works to be completed and special offers/Service Plans
·Overseeing the Service Team
·Maintaining a high level of customer service score
 
Skills and Qualifications of a Senior Service Advisor
·Must have previous experience as a Service Advisor or Senior Service Advisor
·Kerridge / 1 link / Pinnacle systems knowledge or similar DMS System
·Previous experience Upselling  
·Full manual UK Driving License - Subject to drivers check
