A global industrial solutions provider with a strong UK footprint Dedicated to delivering reliable and high-quality parts and equipment Work closely with key clients in logistics, construction, and heavy equipment sectors Benefits of the Internal Parts Sales Representative £30,000 - £33,000 basic salary, £42,000 - £45,000 OTE, 25 Days holiday plus bank holidays, 10% Employer pension contribution, Medicash The Role of the Internal Parts Sales Representative Take responsibility for managing a portfolio of existing industrial customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, online research, and digital engagement Schedule and complete an average of 11 meaningful customer interactions each day Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Salesforce or a similar CRM system Follow up on all assigned leads within a 24-hour window Attend monthly performance reviews with your manager to track progress and set goals Continuously enhance your knowledge through manufacturer and in-house training platforms Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales in line with company targets Collaborate effectively ..... full job details .....
