My client are a civil engineering contractor. They are looking to onboard a Health and safety advisor for an ongoing project being delivered in Warwickshire. My client operate heavily across the transport and infrastructure sector. Health and Safety advisor responsibilities: Day to day management of health and safety. Ensure the site and its workers comply with all relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and standards. Method statements. Deliver training to staff and management on safe working practices, risks, and the correct use of safety equipment. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, outlining findings, suggesting improvements, and providing updates on safety performance Create and implement health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines for the organisation. Maintain accurate records of inspections, incidents, and safety statistics to monitor performance and report to management. Health and safety advisor requirements: Right to work in the UK. CSCS card.
