OverviewAn established organisation is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join its team at its Thatcham office. This is a fully office-based role within a small, collaborative team, focused on delivering a high standard of customer service and operational coordination.Location: Thatcham (office-based)Salary: £33,000 - £35,000Hours: 37.5 hours per week (8:30am - 5:00pm)Reporting to: Customer Service ManagerTeam Size: 4Parking: On-site parking availableRole PurposeThis is a fast-paced, customer-focused role combining account coordination and internal account management responsibilities. You will support key customer accounts, manage queries, and ensure the smooth coordination of deliveries and service outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and support a portfolio of key customer accountsAct as a primary point of contact via phone and emailHandle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely mannerCoordinate and track deliveries to ensure smooth fulfilmentProactively identify potential issues and implement solutionsWork closely with internal departments to resolve queries efficientlyMaintain high standards of customer service and satisfactionEnsure accurate and timely communication across all stakeholdersSkills and Experience RequiredMinimum of 2 years'' experience in a similar roleProven experience in account coordination or internal account management (essential)Strong background working in fast-paced, high-pressure environmentsExcellent organisational and ..... full job details .....
