The group operate in multiple countries through Strategic Business Units (SBUs).The role:The Transformation Programme Manager Operating Model will act as the strategic interface between the company s leadership, the Transformation Office, and external consulting partners to ensure the successful design and integration of a future-fit operating model. The role will play a pivotal part in aligning the various workstreams and stakeholders, ensuring the business becomes an intelligent customer and owner of its future state.
