The successful SEND Teaching Assistant will be confident and adaptable in working from Key Stage 3 / KS3 to Key Stage 4 / KS4 helping them to meet their milestones and giving them 1 to 1 support. The applicant would also have to be well equipped to deal with challenging behaviours and provide support to the teacher in the classroom.
