Aspire Schools .Due to the retirement of the founding CEO, Aspire Schools are seeking an experienced senior leader to build on the excellent foundations already in place, driving the Trust on the next phase of its journey.Aspire Schools is a family of three Alternative Provision schools, two permanent-stay SEMH schools, one short-stay SEMH school, an outreach provision and a primary forest school intervention. We also run a creative arts charity, Aspire for Young People, providing opportunities beyond the traditional statutory education offer.This is an exciting time to be joining the Trust, where you will be joining a team of skilled and dedicated staff who are committed to supporting every young person both academically and as a human being.We are looking for the new CEO to be an inspirational leader for the Trust, to support every member of staff in their mission to improve the life chances of disadvantaged young people, and to lead on the strategic growth and sustainability of Aspire.We employ a team of extraordinary people who change lives. Be the inspirational leader for the Trust, supporting every member of staff in their mission to improve the life chances of disadvantaged young people.Lead on the strategic growth and sustainability of Aspire.Drive improvements in teaching, learning and outcomes across the Trust.Represent the Trust externally and build constructive partnerships with stakeholders.Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior leader with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.Track record of strategic growth and long-term sustainability for an education or comparable organisation.A commitment to improving life chances for disadvantaged young people and to inclusive education.How to apply / Contact
