This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex helicopter retrofit projects for prestigious clients including the UK MOD, Police Services, Air Ambulance, and VIP customers. What you''ll be doing: Managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Leading cross-disciplinary teams and fostering strong stakeholder relationships. Applying and developing project controls, risk management, and lessons learned processes. Ensuring compliance with aviation regulations (EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA) and internal standards. Monitoring project performance using KPIs such as schedule and cost control (SPI and CPI). Representing projects through governance forums, providing clear progress updates and risk assessments. What you''ll bring: Proven success in delivering complex projects within an aerospace or aviation environment. Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams. Expertise in project planning, risk management, and financial control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Formal project management training (e.g., PRINCE2, APMP).
