Your new company A long-standing client that has an international presence is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis to join its team. Based from their modern offices here in Bristol, you will be required to be on site 3 days per week. Your new role Reporting to a Finance Manager, the role will suit someone making the switch from practice into industry, or someone with experience with industry experience, ideally from a large, complex organisation. The role will include: Delivery of the month-end close process, reporting to group finance, preparing local statutory financial reportsParticipate in the preparation of board reports for local board directorsPrepare financial modelling of liquidity and cash flowPrepare for a group half year / full yearMaintain appropriate controls in the reporting processWhat you''ll need to succeedWe are looking for a qualified accountant, either looking for a first time move into industry or someone with similar experience in a large, complex organisation. You should have audit experience and a knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
