Production Operative (Filling) Thetford, Norfolk £16.34 Per Hour Continental Shift (12 Hour Days) Week 1: 60 Hour Week 2: 24 Hours Hales Group are currently recruiting for several Filling Operators to join a busy manufacturing company in Thetford. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring filling machinery, carrying out quality checks, maintaining production standards, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. This role requires previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts within a continental shift pattern Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor filling machinery to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Carry out machine set-up, quality checks, and report any faults or safety concerns. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, completing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as required. Work closely with colleagues and communicate production updates, issues, and shift handover information. Requirements: Previous manufacturing or production experience (filling or bottling experience desirable). Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good organisational and problem-solving skills. Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.
