Payroll Specialist (EMEA and APAC)
We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join a global organisation supporting payroll operations across the EMEA and APAC regions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, collaborative business where payroll accuracy, compliance and employee experience are key priorities. As Payroll Specialist, you ll take ownership of end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with international payroll regulations. The Payroll Specialist will manage payroll operations, reporting and compliance activities, working closely with HR and Finance to ensure efficient and accurate payroll delivery across multiple regions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end payroll processing for salaried and hourly employeesProcess adjustments, bonuses, commissions and deductionsValidate payroll calculations and reconcile discrepanciesMaintain accurate payroll records and documentationEnsure compliance with payroll legislation and company policy Prepare payroll tax filings and pension contributions Produce payroll reports and analytics for Finance and HR Support year-end reporting and statutory submissionsAct as first point of contact for payroll queriesProvide guidance on deductions, tax and benefitsSupport onboarding processes linked to payroll setupAssist with payroll system upgrades and automation projectsDocument payroll procedures and best practiceMaintain employee payroll data (starters, leavers, ..... full job details .....
