DV Cleared Test Lead Location: Reading - fully on-site Contract: 12 months Clearance: Active DV clearance required Sector: Defence / MODWe are seeking an experienced DV Cleared Test Lead for a 12-month contract supporting a major defence programme in Reading.You will lead the testing function across a complex technology environment, with responsibility for test strategy, planning, governance and delivery. The role requires strong experience with Azure DevOps, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and MOD programmes.Key responsibilitiesDefine and deliver the programme''s test strategy, plans and governance.Lead system, integration, regression, acceptance and non-functional testing.Manage test cases, defects, reporting and traceability through Azure DevOps.Coordinate test activities across technical teams, suppliers and stakeholders.Provide clear reporting on quality, risks, defects and readiness.Support assurance and compliance within a secure defence environment.Essential experienceCurrent and active DV clearance.Proven experience as a Test Lead on complex programmes.Strong Azure DevOps experience, including test and defect management.Experience testing PLM platforms and integrations.Previous MOD experience - essential.Strong stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.Ability to work fully on-site in Reading.This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term, high-profile defence programme.
