Senior Associate - Commercial Property | Gloucestershire

I''m working with a highly regarded, well-established law firm in Gloucestershire that is looking to strengthen its Commercial Property team with the appointment of a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor.

This is an opportunity for someone who is looking to take a meaningful step forward in their career, rather than simply move sideways. The firm has a strong reputation in the market, an established client base and a team that is continuing to grow - creating genuine scope for the successful candidate to make their mark.

You''ll have the opportunity to work across a broad and interesting range of commercial property matters, with plenty of responsibility and direct client exposure. There is also a clear view around progression, making this particularly attractive for someone who has ambitions to develop their career further and take on increased responsibility over time.

The opportunity:

• Senior Associate position within a well-established and respected Commercial Property team
• Broad and varied caseload covering a range of commercial property matters
• Opportunity to work with an established and loyal client base
• High-quality work with plenty of autonomy and responsibility
• Strong platform to develop client relationships and business development opportunities
• Clear progression pathway for someone with the ambition to take the next step
• Experienced and supportive team with a strong presence in the Gloucestershire market
• Opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth of the team
• Highly competitive salary, dependent on experience
• Hybrid working and a good degree of flexibility

We''re looking for someone with strong, hands-on Commercial Property experience who is confident managing their own matters, enjoys working closely with clients and is ready for a role where their experience and ambitions can really be utilised.

This could be particularly well suited to a Senior Associate or experienced Associate who feels ready for the next stage - whether that''s greater responsibility, progression towards partnership or simply joining a firm where there is a genuine long-term career path.

If you''re based in Gloucestershire, the wider South West, or considering a move into the area, I''d be very happy to have a confidential conversation and give you more detail on the firm, team and progression available.
