The service supports children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, providing a safe, stable, and nurturing environment where they can thrive. The Role As a Support worker, you will be supporting young people in a mix of situations. You may be getting them prepped for school, taking them out for activities, and helping out around the house. You will ensure high standards of care are delivered, and act as a positive role model for both young people and colleagues.
