We are looking for a passionate, proactive and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to support the learning of pupils in one of our inspirational Behavioural Units in Newcastle on a full-time and long-term basis. About the Role: The role will involve planning and teaching engaging and informative lessons that inspire pupils with a wide range of SEND and allows all pupils to make progress. Working with Secondary aged pupils within a unit setting within a mainstream school. Building positive relationships with pupils and staff to create excellent learning environments. Managing challenging behaviour in a positive, proactive and consistent manner Differentiating lessons appropriately to suit the needs and earning styles of all pupils. Using varied methods of assessment to assess pupil progress Displaying high levels of enthusiasm, energy and positivity when working with children.
