We are looking for a committed and proactive Senior Residential Support Worker to join a friendly team in a children''s residential home. Please note: 2 years experience of working in an Ofsted-regulated home is essential for this role. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual with a NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) looking to develop their skills and contribute to a high-quality, child-focused service. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day leadership and support to a team of Residential Care Workers. Ensure that the physical, emotional, and social needs of children and young people are met. Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families.
