We are looking for an-Engineering Manager-who wants to work in a diverse role-where no two days are the same.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an-Engineering Manager-to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

As the-Engineering Manager,-you will-provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The-Engineering Manager,-will be responsible for:

• Oversee and manage all Mechanical and Electrical systems on site, ensuring continuous and compliant operation.
• Supervise and lead a team of engineers, ensuring all work is carried out efficiently and in line with performance targets.
• Manage and operate Building Management Systems (BMS), including HV SCADA and Schneider systems, as well as site-wide lighting controls.
• Review and approve Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and issue Sanctions to Isolate where required.
• Manage the permitting of subcontractors, ensuring all third-party works are compliant and safely integrated into site operations.
• Monitor and verify completion of all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure performance targets such as KPIs and SLAs are consistently met.
• Carry out operational and maintenance duties as assigned by the Senior Operations Manager, always maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
• Ensure the engineering control room operates effectively, supporting critical site infrastructure and responding to real-time system alerts and escalations.

To be successful for this Engineering Manager-role you must have:

• C&G/NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• C&G 2391 (Inspection and Testing) certification.
• Demonstrable experience in facilities or building maintenance, ideally within a large-scale or critical environment.
• Experience working with and managing Safe Systems of Work (SSoW) and permitting systems.
• Hands-on experience with Schneider BMS systems and familiarity with HV SCADA controls.
• HV Authorised Person status is desirable.
• Awareness of Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations is desirable.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and drive high standards in safety, compliance, and service delivery.
• Must be eligible to undergo and pass Developed Vetting (DV) security clearance for access to secure environments.
