Dewey Group are currently seeking qualified Traffic Marshalls to join a civil engineering project based on the M3 motorway upgrade in Winchester. This is an initial 1 month contract, with the potential for extension depending on project requirements and performance. Role Details: Location: Winchester M3 motorway Contract length: Initial 1 months (potential to extend) Hours: Approx 50 hours per week (potential for overtime) Responsibilities: Safely manage and control vehicle and pedestrian movements on site Ensure all traffic management operations comply with site rules and safety regulations Communicate clearly with site operatives, plant operators, and delivery drivers Maintain a safe working environment at all times Requirements: Valid Traffic Marshall/Banksman qualification (CPCS or NPORS) Previous experience working as a Traffic Marshall on construction or civil engineering sites Due to the location of this project own transport is essential Strong awareness of health and safety procedures Ability to work long hours and be flexible with shifts Valid right to work in the UK What We Offer: Competitive rates of pay Consistent hours Opportunity to work on a major civil engineering project Potential for ongoing work beyond the initial contract Dewey Group is an equal opportunities employer.
