Working on his/her own initiative, the role holder will oversee the contractual affairs of designated areas within the business. The role holder will lead and/or carry out the following activities whilst keeping Head of Contracts/Contracts Director appropriately briefed: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, and effectively engage internal stakeholders throughout bid approvals and project delivery. Lead the preparation of high-quality proposals for large and complex bids, including internal approval documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures. Support and lead negotiations on contracts and amendments, review customer contractual documents (NDAs, Teaming Agreements, TAAs, etc.), and assist with subcontract negotiations when required.
