Operations Lead, Operations Manager - Marketing agency, £50,000 £65,000 - Hybrid 2 days per week in Central London. A growing marketing agency based in Central London seeks an Operations Manager to support the Founder of the agency with the smooth day to day running of the business, systems, processes and resource. We are looking for someone who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and has a real knack for turning chaos into clarity. This is a brand new role with genuine opportunity to progress up to Operations Manager level as the agency grows. You will be working closely with the founder and leadership team, playing a key part in building the structure and strategy that supports long term success and scalability. What the role involves: Day to day operational support to ensure the agency runs like clockwork. Managing resources and costs across multichannel campaigns to support profitable growth. Working out what resource and skills are needed and helping to identify gaps in knoweldge and technical experience. Reviewing team capabilities and shaping resource plans to deliver great client work without overloading anyone. Tracking key performance data, utilisation rates, project costs and business performance metrics. Spotting operational issues early and putting strategies in place to fix them.
