Job Title- Junior Document Controller Location: - Central London/South West London Type of Contract: - TEMP TO PERM (Full time) Salary: - Competitive Availability: - Immediate A bespoke Fit-Out/Refurbishment Contractor with a turnover of over £80 million is seeking a Document Controller to join to them on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2-5 years experience working as a Document Controller within Fit out/Refurb Main Contracting and must be a champion on Procore. Key Duties include Diary Management Be the focal point on site between the Sub Contractors, clients and the Design team Organised Excellent communicator at all levels Provide support during the pre-construction, construction and close out phases of allocated projects. Coordinate all project information including drawings, specifications, technical submittals, samples, letters, minutes and other electronic information To be a Procore and systems champion alongside the other members of the Group support team Must be able to work with several different teams and coordinate information.
