Location: Oxford

Salary: £28,050 to £31,(Apply online only) OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 16:00

Saturday: Every other Saturday, 08:00 to 12:00

Service Advisor

We are looking for a Service Advisor to join a busy commercial vehicle workshop in Oxford.

You will manage customer bookings, provide updates on vehicle repairs, prepare estimates and job cards, gain approval for additional work and work closely with the workshop and Parts Department.

About You

• Previous Service Advisor experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good administration and organisational skills
• Automotive or commercial vehicle experience is advantageous
