Kitchen Assistant Hours: Flexible/Agency Locations: Caerphilly Pay rate: 12.25 (PAYE - not via umbrella) Holiday pay is separate, NOT inclusive of your hourly pay. i.e. 12.25 + holiday payWhat you''ll be doing: You will be responsible for assisting the cook preparing meals for residents while maintaining high standards of food preparation. Assure that high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained throughout the kitchen and dining areas along with ensuring equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition, reporting any faults or defects to the Cook as necessary. You will support in general kitchen and dining room duties such as setting tables, washing dishes, and serving meals. Additional Additionally, you will handle and store cleaning materials and equipment responsibly, in line with the establishment''s COSHH policy.
