We''re looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee a two-floor office refurbishment project in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The Role:

• Managing the day-to-day running of a first and second floor office refurbishment
• Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme
• Maintaining high health & safety standards on site
• Liaising with the client and project team
• Ensuring quality control throughout the project
• Keeping accurate site records and reporting progress

Requirements:

• SMSTS
• CSCS Card
• First Aid at Work
• Previous experience managing commercial office refurbishment projects
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Available to start ASAP
