You’ll be a senior member of our Heat Pump Installation team and will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of air source heat pumps in your local area. You’ll lead a number ofinstaller teams and empower them to complete jobs on time, providing expert support where needed. You''ll also be responsible for onboarding new teams in your area to make sure you have the right coverage and capacity needed.Responsibilities:Manage installer teams and be responsible for their work in your areaOversee installations and provide input and direction as requiredCollaborate with electricians and engineersto commission and sign off on installsEnsure customer satisfaction through high-quality serviceOnboard new teams in your area as and when requiredRequirements

You’ll be an experienced heating engineer with knowledge of heating system design and the ability to fault find. You’ll also have domestic hot and cold water system knowledgeYou have significant priorexperience installing heat pumpsYou’ll know the requirements to size, select, install, commission and handover, and maintain air source heat pump systemsYou’ll have experience of reviewing and challenging technical specifications and mechanical drawingsYour a great communicator and have the ability to motivate your teamsValid driver''s license with 6 points or lessQualifications:a minimum NVQ level 2 (or equivalent experience) within the Plumbing and Heating pathwayWRAS Water Supply RegsG3 UnventedIt would be great if you had some of the below tooBPEC L3 or equivalent in heat pump installationFGasGas safeBenefits
