to join them on an ongoing project.Role Overview:We are seeking a skilled and proactive
2nd Line IT Support Engineer
to join the team on an initial 6-month contract.The ideal candidate will bring a broad range of technical expertise and a strong problem-solving mindset to support virtual desktop environments and resolve escalated technical issues.Key Responsibilities
Provide
2nd line support
for a wide range of IT issues across the business.Manage and resolve
escalated tickets
and technical queries efficiently.Support and troubleshoot
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI)
including
VMware ,
Citrix , and
Remote Desktop
environments.Deliver high-quality
remote desktop support
to end users.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.Maintain detailed documentation of issues, resolutions, and procedures.Proven experience in
2nd line IT support
roles.Strong working knowledge of
VMware ,
Citrix , and
Virtual Desktop
environments.Experience with
Remote Desktop Support
tools and techniques.Excellent
problem-solving
