Motor FleetAccount Executive - InsuranceLocation: Essex Salary: Competitive + benefits Purpose of Role Lawes Group is supporting an Insurance Broker in their search for an experienced Account Executive to join their Motor Fleet team based in the Essex office. The role will provide support to Directors, Associate Directors, and Senior Account Executives while taking ownership of an inherited client portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, retaining, and growing this portfolio through cross-selling and new business development, primarily within the motor fleet market. Responsibilities Achieve sales and profitability objectives through new and existing client relationshipsInherit and manage a motor fleet portfolio of c.£1m GWPProspect and develop new client relationships within a defined geography or marketIdentify and understand client needs, providing tailored insurance solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsCross-sell additional products and actively seek new business opportunitiesCommunicate effectively with insurers, clients, and finance housesPrepare reports and presentations as requiredEnsure premiums are collected and renewals invited within agreed time scalesCarry out policy adjustments via email and insurer portal systems Day-To-Day Manage day-to-day servicing of a motor fleet client portfolioHandle client enquiries, policy adjustments, and renewalsAttend and organise face-to-face client meetingsLiaise with ..... full job details .....
