As a Senior Social Worker, you will play a pivotal role in taking a lead in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and support adults 18+ with learning disabilities. With a focus on the health, safety, and wellbeing of vulnerable individuals and those who care for them, you will work in accordance with the Care Act 2014 to assess, review, or reassess the complex needs of customers and their carers within the borough.
