Office Manager
Job Title: Office Manager 
 Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
 Location: Redditch – Full Time Office Based 
 Working Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
 
Pertemps Recruitment is working with a small, friendly team in Redditch, looking for a confident and proactive Office Manager to join their busy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 - Manage incoming calls, screening and directing them appropriately.
 - Act as the main point of contact for all office and customer enquiries.
 - Provide operational and administrative support across the business.
 - Maintain and update the labour board to track site allocations.
 - Organise and coordinate site work to support engineering teams.
 - Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with general admin as required.
 
Candidate Requirements:
 - Assertive, solution-focused, and able to work under pressure.
 - Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and general computer proficiency.
 - Previous experience in office management, operational support, or similar.
 - Experience within an engineering environment is highly desirable.
 - Basic geographical knowledge for site coordination.
