What You''ll Be Doing: Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware and software issues, triaging and resolving tickets or escalating to our managed service provider where needed. Act as the internal point of contact between KCT and our managed service provider, tracking tickets through to resolution. Support system administration tasks - user accounts, permissions, device management, patching, and basic server / cloud administration. Assist with technical implementation projects, such as new systems, rollouts, and migrations. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and support procedures. Support cyber security hygiene tasks, building your knowledge and confidence in this area over time. What We''re Looking For Qualifications are desirable but not essential. We are looking for individuals with some of the following experience: 1 - 3 years'' experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or junior systems administration role.
