This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to become part of a busy and fast-paced sales and estimating environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer quotation requests, preparing accurate estimates, supporting sales activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role requires strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities Process customer quotation requests accurately and efficiently using internal systems and configurator tools. Prepare detailed and competitive quotations in line with customer requirements and company procedures. Review specifications, drawings, and customer information to ensure accurate pricing and estimates. Manage quotation deadlines and ensure all work is completed within agreed timescales. Liaise with customers via telephone and email to provide updates, resolve queries, and maintain strong working relationships. Support efforts to convert quotations into confirmed orders through proactive communication and commercial awareness.
