We are seeking an experienced Consultant to support our end to end finance applications.This role is an opportunity to be part of the ongoing success of Finance and the team’s ability to successfully implement new systems for the Group.Working in Octopus’ Finance Systems Team, you will be responsible for supporting the rollout of NetSuite to numerous business units. Working alongside experienced NetSuite Consultants, you will support both the day to day implementation and business as usual activities, either performing small administrative tasks, advising users or applying configuration changes as required for the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for documenting business, functional and technical requirements.You\''ll play a central role in a business-critical transformation, with the chance to contribute to the delivery of a modern ERP platform. Support the full lifecycle delivery of Oracle NetSuite ERP across finance and operationsEngage with stakeholders across multiple European countriesAct as the key liaison between internal teams and the external implementation partnerSupport business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gatheringDocument, propose and discuss solution options as a part of the programme team (high level design / low level design)Support project governance, timelines, risk, and communicationsSupport and manage data migration activitiesProvide hands-on support and training to finance staff, ensuring better system adoptionSupport in testing of new features/changesWhat you\''ll need

Proven experience working as a NetSuite Consultant, with 2+ years of experience with NetSuite finance solutions; experience working within a Project teamAbility to operate confidently in a multi-country, culturally diverse environmentComfortable working in a hands-on capacity across project management and business analysisAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsUseful Experience
