Interim Contract (6 9 Months) £400 per day The Role: We are seeking an Interim Head of Health and Safety and Compliance to provide strategic leadership and expert guidance across health and safety, compliance, and regulatory matters within a complex housing and property environment. This is a senior role responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, leading on health and safety strategy, managing organisational risk, and promoting a strong safety culture across the business. Reporting directly into senior leadership, you will act as the lead advisor on all health and safety and compliance matters while driving continuous improvement and best practice. Key Responsibilities: Lead the organisation''s health and safety and compliance function, ensuring full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Develop and implement health and safety strategies, policies and procedures. Act as the organisation''s lead advisor on all health and safety and compliance matters. Prepare and present compliance and health and safety reports to senior leadership and governance boards. Monitor legislative developments, including building safety and fire safety requirements, ensuring policies remain up to date.
