Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Differentiate teaching to meet the diverse needs of learners

• Create a positive and supportive classroom environment

• Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and families

• Maintain high standards of behaviour and pupil wellbeing

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) - including ECTs

• A positive, adaptable, and proactive teaching approach

• Confidence in classroom and behaviour management

• Passion for supporting children''s academic and emotional development

• A flexible attitude to support various school environments
