This role is ideal for: Experienced Care Assistants Support Workers SEN Teaching Assistants Individuals with a background in health and social care Graduates looking to move into specialist education About the Role You will be supporting pupils with a range of complex needs including PMLD, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, and medical needs. Many pupils are non-verbal and require high levels of personal care and tailored communication support. This is a highly rewarding role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities may include: Providing 1:1 or small group support Assisting with personal care (hoisting, feeding, toileting) Supporting students with communication (PECS, Makaton, sensory strategies) Working alongside therapists and teaching staff Encouraging independence and engagement in learning ?
