Architectural Designer urgently required for a client side house builder to work in their busy office based near Cookham, Buckinghamshire.

The role is assisting in the upkeep and development of their standard housing and apartment portfolio, internal specification and construction specifications alongside standard details to enable the production of our regional sites using standard product.

Communicating with regional teams on updates to our portfolio as well as NHBC standards and regulations, ensuring the product and specification meets current regulations and legislation.

Attending workstreams and collaboration meetings with regional teams and 3rd party consultants and designers to ensure key deadlines are met.

Working as part of a busy design team, you will be working on a range of interesting projects, looking at the design process from concept through to construction.

This role-is working for a house builder and the ideal candidate will have expperience of autoCAD and have approximately 2 - 5 years post graduation experience.
