We are representing a Tier 1 UK contractor with a proven track record of delivering complex projects across the residential and mixed-use sectors. They are now seeking a Senior Building Services Manager to join the delivery team on a landmark development in Brighton.This scheme is a £20M MEP package, part of a multi-million residential development comprising up to ten mid-spec blocks. With a programme spanning three years, this project offers both long-term stability and the chance to make a lasting impact on a major development for the region.The Senior BSM will lead all aspects of building services delivery, working with the project leadership team to ensure services are integrated into the build programme. From pre-construction and design coordination through to procurement, installation, and commissioning, you’ll be at the heart of a high-performing project team.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all building services works across the schemeCoordinate MEP design development, working with consultants and subcontractors to ensure programme and budget complianceOversee subcontractor performance on site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliancePlan, sequence, and commission all building servicesCollaborate with the wider project leadership team to achieve smooth and timely project deliveryAct as the key point of contact for client and consultant teams on all services-related mattersSupport handover and close-out, ensuring systems are fully tested, commissioned, and documentedAbout You

Proven experience as a Building Services Manager or Senior BSM on major residential or mixed-use schemesKnowledgeable in all aspects of MEP coordination, installation, and commissioningExcellent stakeholder management skills – able to liaise confidently with subcontractors, consultants, and client representativesOrganised, proactive, and detail-focused with the ability to work under pressureStrong commitment to delivering projects safely, to programme, and to the highest standardWhy Apply?
