The Role

They''re looking for a Graduate Controls Engineer with a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Computer Science to join the team. This is an entry-level role designed for a technically curious and motivated individual who''s eager to grow within a hands-on, real-world environment. Your main focus will be on controls programming-working alongside senior engineers to develop, test, and refine industrial automation software. While the role will start with programming, there will be opportunities to expand your knowledge into electrical systems and broader control architecture as your skills develop.

What You''ll Be Doing

• Writing and testing industrial control software (PLCs, SCADA, HMIs, etc.)
• Working on live projects in sectors including logistics, chemical treatment, and manufacturing
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and programmers
• Learning directly from a senior controls engineer through hands-on experience
• Contributing to commissioning, debugging, and system testing on-site (occasional travel may be required)

• A recent graduate in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
