Global Head of Sales
Global Head of Sales, City Tours, Remote (Europe), Up to 90k + 20% Bonus. A superb opportunity to join this global business that offer unique city tours, access to attractions and experiences across major cities. Reporting directly to the board, you will provide leadership to a small team of sales and account managers and tasked with driving global revenues through trade partners such as Online Travel Agencies (OTA''s) and travel wholesalers. The role can be fully remote from anywhere across Europe with some travel expected to attend major travel events (such as WTM and ITB), host client engagements and meet with key partners. Global Head of Sales Responsibilities Provide leadership and development to the team, ensuring a collaborative approach to optimising sales and profitability. Ensure multi-level relationships and developed and leveraged with key distribution partners. Continually develop the online distribution strategy and seek opportunities for growth. Work with partners on product role outs, marketing initiatives and merchandising to ensure they are receiving maximum customer exposure. Ensure distributors have accurate and up to date information on content, itineraries, pricing and selling points. Analysis data and conduct periodic reviews with partners to identify mutually beneficial commercial opportunities.
