We are recruiting a Mobile Multi-skilled Fabric Technician (Handyperson) to join the team located in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Fabric Technicians with the day-to-day delivery of various fabric works on the contract in accordance with the required CBRE, client and industry standards. Technical Competencies The ideal Fabric Improver will exhibit the following essential technical competencies for the role: Minimum of 2-3 years site experience in a similar role, or fabric trade Completed or working towards the completion of an accredited Multi skilled training course, covering; but not exclusively carpentry/joinery, wet trades, floor and wall finishes, tiling, plastering, roofing and glazing. Above course accreditation with either City and Guilds or NVQ. Willing to works towards Health and Safety qualification e.g. IOSH/NEBOSH/SMSTS. Assist in managing a varied workload and meet contractual KPI''s. Work on own initiative, be proactive and take supervisory instruction.
